Day after day after day. My joints ached. They felt weak. They felt like they were about to fall apart at any time. Sometimes they had sharp pains.
do you know what I'm talking about?
Have you ever had joint problems like that?
Well one day after doing research of various kinds of thought popped in my head?
Do joints eat food?
It was kind of a child's question but I started thinking about the joints and what they really are.
I finally realized that the joints were actually living tissue. Before I kind of thought my joint says in and objects, made of "stuff". Who knows what I thought that stuff was. It was as if I assume my joints were made out of plastic or metal or something like that and I didn't even think about them as being living.
And the thing about the joints being living is that they have to go through the various biological processes that all living things do. They need oxygen. They need rest. They need blood flow. They need lymphatic flow. The good stuff needs to go in. And the bad or waste products need to go out.
Additionally the cells in the joints eventually get replaced. The whole body gets replaced so you are not the same you at least your physical body is not the same you as you were years ago. There are totally different cells that replaced and regenerated. All your body parts get replaced! Isn't that wild?!
And so I was wondering what's the good stuff that needs to go into the joints? What do joints eat?!
And after I asked that question for the first time I started realizing that I actually needed to feed my joints. And also I started realizing that because I neglected my joints for so long in giving them the foods that they need that they were likely week because they were start. Joint nutrients.
And so after numerous clinical studies and test usage of millions of people across the world we see that there are certain nutrients that help with joint health, that help reduce or eliminate joint pain, that help make the joints stronger and so on...
